On the west face of Teide volcano, Abama golf was created by world-renowned golf designer Dave Thomas. This immaculate 18-hole championship course contains more than 300 species of subtropical plants, including more than 20,000 palm trees. Almost all holes have spectacular views of the island of La Gomera and the Atlantic Ocean.
With 22 lakes spread throughout the course, as well as waterfalls and white sand bunkers, the course is a challenge to challenge even the most experienced player.
The course is becoming known as one of the best in Europe. Demanding for experts, but entertaining for beginners, the route’s layout is combined with its incomparable panoramic views of the ocean. Abama Golf, the first golf course in Spain to receive the IAGTO quality certification.
