Summary
This course is surrounded by the Las Dunas de Maspalomas Natural Park. For golfers who like to walk during their game, this course is suitable as it is nice and flat. The course was designed by the Scot Phillip Mackenzie Ross and opened in 1968. It measures 6,398 meters with a par 73.
Design
This course is a long, flat course with wide fairways and many palm trees around. The proximity of the sea allows, thanks to its breeze, to turn a round into a pleasant experience both in summer and winter. Located in one of the tourist complexes of Gran Canaria, it is surrounded by luxury hotels and apartments with all the necessary comforts and facilities.
Our favorite hole
There are only two holes on the course that have water. Our favorite hole is hole number 16 which is a 140 meter par 3; The first shot from the tee has to pass a small lake to reach the green.
