Designed by Roland Favré, Salobre Old has been intelligently designed to take advantage of the typical valleys of the ravines of southern Gran Canaria, offering our visitors magnificent views of both the sea and the mountains. With its varied and fun course, it is a must-visit course for golfers of all levels.
Design
Salobre Golf in Gran Canaria is a very fun course for the golf player, where you will find a great variety of shots and situations during the course. The course looks similar to the fields in the Arizona desert due to its design and the nature of the surrounding environment.
Our favorite holes
- Hole 11 Old
This hole mixes intrigue and satisfaction, it is the most beautiful hole on the Salobre Sur course. From the tee the view is spectacular, you have to leave with enough confidence without fear that the ball will be sadly devoured by the ravine, in this way you will be able to overcome the almost 170 meters until you reach the green. Once on the green, your skill with the putter will give way to a successful par.

Designed by Ron Kirby, Salobre New is set apart from the rest of the courses in the Canary Islands. Its unique course has been designed to accommodate the volcanic rock environment, providing a new type of challenge.
Design
Never before have we had a golf course that captures the natural beauty of southern Gran Canaria in this way, making it a must-see for all those players who love golf in unusual places. Salobre new cannot be compared with any other golf course in the Canary Islands. The 9-hole course was expanded in 2008 to 18 holes.
Our favorite hole
- Hole 5 New
Without a doubt it is the hole par excellence that represents the Salobre New, you notice it from the moment you approach the tee. Dogleg to the right, a drive flying over this beautiful volcanic rock canyon towards a fairly wide fairway which will receive the ball, leaving you with a more than pleasant feeling for the feat. A second shot with a medium-long iron to face a very narrow and well-protected green. On this hole a par is an excellent result.
