Summary
Golf Costa Adeje is made up of an 18-hole championship course and an additional 9-hole course called “Los Lagos”. It was designed by 10-time Spanish champion Pepe Gancedo who used the natural terrain of this former banana plantation and preserved some of the original “terraces” on holes 3, 4 and 5. It is a very picturesque course with the mountains of Adeje as a backdrop background and views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera throughout the entire course.
Design
The course is a par 72 with six par 3s, six par 4s and six par 5s. It measures 6,203 meters (6,783 yards). Index 1 and 2 are two Par 3s measuring 170 meters and 220 meters respectively. Although it is a long course, the streets are wide.
Our favorite holes
Holes 3 and 4 (Par 5 and Par 4 respectively) have spectacular views of the ocean but you must be careful not to step on the fairway “terraces” that we mentioned above.
